BJUI Trainee’s Corner
The BJU International has created a unique opportunity for trainee Urologists by providing a dedicated space in the journal and through a collaboration with the BURST research collaborative, have created the ‘Trainees’ corner’. In every issue, the journal will have a dedicated section for articles from Urology trainees, residents and researchers across the globe, about issues relevant to this group of clinicians and academics.
It will cover articles related to clinical, academic and training topics. It will publish perspective pieces, educational and news articles, study adverts, fellowship information, careers articles, reviews and original research. We will liaise with other trainee clinical and research groups and collaborative organisations to share their ideas and provide a forum for promotion of upcoming events and key projects.
We welcome and value your suggestions on topics that you would like covered. Submission details are on the BJUI website in the author guidelines section.
The content must be driven by trainees and be unique and helpful. We will also review all of the articles submitted that year and a ‘Trainee’s Prize’ will be awarded at BAUS.
